Every time I moved the mouse, everything would stutter, including in Windows. If I didn't use the mouse, then it didn't seem to be an issue. Not installing the high definition audio drivers fixed it, and then the radiator in the card died, and I didn't have the same issue after putting in the new card.
uninstall nvidia hd audio driver from "add remove programs" or "uninstall programs". that will fix the stuttering issue on nvidia cards. if not then uninstall everything nvidia from "add remove programs" then install reinstall. doesn't matter if you have the latest drivers currently installed or not. uninstall everything nvidia then reinstall. With the latest round of Nvidia drivers (version 384.94 of 7/23/2017) the game experienced a drastic FPS drop. Oh man, currently having some serious issues with my computer, everything is stuttering after I installed win 10 from that free upgrade I had to install new nvidia drivers since for some reason, my computer reverted to the integrated graphic card, after installing the newest stable driver, the stuttering began Ever since the CU, different games are effected more or less depending on the iteration of driver. Some drivers make certain games stutter, some drivers fix it and break other games. I'm frankly at a loss and considering going back to AMD. I love how quiet my 1060 is, but the poor driver support over the last 8-10 months is terrible. I've been doing some preliminary testing on my new AMD RX Vega 64 Nitro + with a full standby memory in Battlefield 1 64 player conquest and to my surprise I am not getting any stuttering with the AMD card, this used be very sensitive to the problem and stutter severely on my GTX 1080 when the standby memory was full. Anyone else has this issue? should I just install the previous driver? EDIT: Downloading 411.70 and check if the problem goes away.
